As an outdoor activity based company that depends largely on favorable weather conditions, cancellations can become very costly for us. At the same time, we understand that things come up and plans can change. Our cancellation policy is strict but fair. Please understand that it is not feasible for us to make exceptions based on family emergencies, etc.

• We do not offer refunds unless we are canceling a tour due to weather or unsafe conditions.

• If you need to cancel a reservation, we will gladly give you a gift card for the full amount of your reservation.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a tour will be given a 100% credit in the form of a gift card.

• No shows and cancellations made within 72 hours of a tour are subject to the full reservation cost. 

• We do not allow cancellations for less than ideal weather such as cold, clouds, etc. If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, etc, we will make the cancellation and you will receive a refund.

• We reserve the right to cancel any cruise at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe. Sometimes extensive notice is not possible, but we try to make these calls at least one hour prior to the scheduled tour. Regardless, we will always keep our guests informed as soon as possible when making these cancellations.

No matter the reason, our first resort will be to try to reschedule your sail to another time!

If you need to reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 72 hours notice. We understand that some flexibility can be necessary in these situations, so calls to reschedule within 72 hours may be assessed on a case by case basis. In the event that you are calling to reschedule a sail with little notice you may be subject to the full reservation cost.

PRotect your sail with sailflex!

For a 10% surcharge, you can purchase Sailflex, which allows you to receive a full refund instead of a credit if you need to cancel your sail with us more than 72 hours in advance. Sailflex does not cover cancellations made within 72 hours of your tour. Sailflex can be purchased at the time of booking.
